Summer Camps

Little Mess Maker's Art Camp (3-6 years) Your little mess maker will have a blast in this hands-on camp! They will enjoy many artistic, mess-making moments as they create marvelously messy masterpieces. We plan to paint, sculpt, scribble, and giggle our way to discovering mess making at its very best. These are not projects to tackle at home. Leave the mess with us! Monday-Thursday 6/5-6/8, 9:00-12:00 or Monday-Thursday 8/21-8/24, 9:00-12:00 Mess to the Max! (4-9 years) We will be maximizing the mess to make this art camp the very best! Get excited to paint with plaster, sculpt with gooey gunk, make paper mache puppies, and fling paint like Jackson Pollock. We will even learn some cool stuff along the way. These projects are so messy your mom would never let you make them at home! Monday-Thursday 6/12-6/15, 1:00-4:00 or Monday-Thursday 8/28-8/31, 1:00-4:00 LEGO Harry Potter (5-12 years) LEGO� bricks and Harry Potter� are a magical combination! Whether Muggle or Magical, these projects inspired by J. K. Rowling's beloved books and, of course, LEGO bricks are sure to capture your young artist's imagination. We'll construct with LEGO bricks, invent spells, and create with paint, clay, and other art supplies to make magical masterpieces that your LEGO Harry Potter fan will love! Monday-Thursday 6/19-6/22, 1:00-4:00 Paper Mache Day (5-12 years) Paper Mache? Moms say "No way!", but the kids say "Hurray!". Join us for a camp full of fun. The kids will create paper mache bugs, bowls, and monsters too. This is going to be a messy good time, so please have your child dress accordingly. Wednesday-Friday 7/5-7/7, 9:00-12:00 *3-Day Camp! Ooey Gooey Clay Creations (4-9 years) It's ooey, gooey, and oh so much fun! What kid doesn't love to get messy as they create with clay? The children will use a variety of tools and techniques to make owls, monsters, bowls and much, much more. Making a mess is the best, especially when working with clay! Monday-Thursday 7/10-7/13, 9:00-12:00 Superheroes to the Rescue (4-9 years) If your child could have a superpower, what would it be? Would it be super strength like Superman? Spider-sense like Spider-Man? Or maybe incredible speed like Flash Gordon? Here is your child's chance to imagine themselves as a superhero! We will channel your child's super-creativity into making awesome works of art all with superhero themes. Monday-Thursday 7/17-7/20, 9:00-12:00 LEGO Star Wars (4-9 years) Back by popular demand! LEGO� bricks and Star Wars�- what an amazing combination! We'll work as a team to paint a huge mural complete with stars, planets and far, far away galaxies. We'll build starfighters out of LEGO bricks, stage an intergalactic battle and make a Darth Vader bobble head. We'll even make our own lightsaber. We'll work with LEGO bricks, paint, clay, and other art supplies to create masterpieces your young Jedi will love! Monday-Thursday 7/24-7/27, 9:00-12:00 Dinomania (4-9 years) Is your child crazy about dinosaurs? Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, and Diplodocus- they love them all! The kids will learn cool facts about our extinct friends and be inspired to create fantastic works of dino art. We'll create fossils, dino eggs, dioramas and more! A variety of art materials, such as paper mache, clay, and paint, will be used as we study these enormous creatures. Monday-Thursday 7/31-8/3, 1:00-4:00 Everyday Heroes (3-6 years) Firefighters are brave and strong. Police officers keep us safe. Teachers are smart and caring. Moms and dads love us so! They're our everyday heroes! These are people and careers that will inspire your little one for years to come. Who better to learn about as we create amazing art? These remarkable heroes will be our inspiration as we get messy with paint, air-dry clay, and Model Magic�. Monday-Thursday 8/7-8/10, 9:00-12:00 How to Draw Cartoons (5-12 years) Kids, have you ever wished you were better at drawing cartoons? During this camp, we'll teach step-by-step techniques that will help you draw super cool (and cute!) cartoons! From cute, cuddly puppy dogs to kooky cool characters- we'll do it all at this camp. You will be impressed with how great your drawings turn out! Each child will receive their own How to Draw Cartoons booklet to take home! Friday 8/11, 9:00-3:00 *1-Day Mini-Camp! Beyond Pok�mon (5-12 years) Is your child crazy about Pok�mon? Take their love of Pok�mon to a whole new level with Pok�mon themed art projects that are sure to get their creative juices flowing! The kids will work with a variety of art materials as they make their own trading cards, Pok�mon balls, a Pok�mon-inspired creature, and a map of its habitat! Monday-Thursday 8/14-8/17, 9:00-12:00

Summer Workshops

Mommy's Time Off- Trolls (3-9 years) This drop off class is great for mommies, daddies or whoever wants a little break! Let your kids express their creativity while you enjoy some time to yourself. Your young artist will be as happy as Princess Poppy as they create a masterpiece inspired by the DreamWorks' movie Trolls. This project would even put a smile on Branch's grumpy face! Friday 6/9, 9:00-12:00 Signing up siblings? Sign up additional children for 50% off! Studio Time (18 months-9 years) Looking for a fun activity to do with your child? Studio Time is a flexible drop-in class that allows young artists unstructured time to create. Every class, we will set up 4 fun art stations with lots of cool art materials and projects. Children are welcome to stay as long as they wish. Sorry, this is not a drop off class. Children must be accompanied by a caregiver. Friday 6/16, 1:30-3:30 or Friday 8/4, 1:30-3:30 Date Night- Lightning McQueen (3-9 years) Do you have plans that don't include your little ones? Do you want to see a movie that isn't animated or enjoy a dinner that doesn't include french fries? Sign your kids up for their own night out! Vroooom - this art really moves! We will paint and collage to create this masterpiece featuring everyone's favorite hot-shot race car from Radiator Springs. Saturday 6/17, 5:30-8:30 Signing up siblings? Sign up additional children for 50% off! Mommy's Time Off- Canvas & Cookies: Pollock's Splatter Painting (3-9 years) This drop off class is great for mommies, daddies or whoever wants a little break! Let your kids express their creativity while you enjoy some time to yourself. Kids, come get messy with us! We'll throw, splat and splatter paint as we will learn about Jackson Pollock's famous art. These one-of-a-kind masterpieces will be created on real canvas boards! All that action is going to make the kids hungry, so, just for fun, Kidcreate Studio will serve a cookie snack! Friday 7/21, 9:00-12:00 Signing up siblings? Sign up additional children for 50% off! Despicable Me (5-12 years) Yep! They're back for some more mischievous minion amusement! Come to class to create multiple projects with a minion theme. Then, go to the movie Despicable Me 3, which is due out in theaters in June. Please pack a nut free snack and drink for your child. Friday 7/21, 1:00-4:00 3D Pop-Out Art (4-9 years) Kids LOVE pop-out books! Come learn how to create an amazing pop-out art project! This masterpiece is sure to attract smiles as it pops right off the page. Friday 8/4, 10:15-12:15 Mommy's Time Off- End of Summer Bash (4-9 years) This drop off class is great for mommies, daddies or whoever wants a little break! Let your kids express their creativity while you enjoy some time to yourself. Summer is coming to an end. Don't let it slip by without creating some "sweet" art! Join us as we create art out of candy. You guessed it, our art materials will be frosting, gumdrops, marshmallows, and other candy treats.
