Homeschool Art Education Program

Why should you sign your child up for an art class? Because art teaches so many things! Math, science, history and creativity are just a few things children learn from the visual arts. Best of all, art makes learning fun! Maybe that is why children who participate in the arts are more likely to excel.

Kidcreate Studio’s energized classes offer an exciting format for art exploration. Classes focus on art principles and introduce students to many different types of art media. Our goal is to inspire and educate your child in an environment where giggles and grins are encouraged.  

For the Kidcreate Studio’s Homeschool Art Program, you supply the kids and we supply the curriculum, teachers, and art materials. We even clean up the mess! We have a large selection of classes to choose from such as: The How To’s of Drawing, Made in Egypt, Magical Mud - Clay Creations and many more. Option 1- Weekly Classes at the Studio

Check out our schedule for great weekly class options for your homeschooled child. Many different class options will be offered throughout the school year. Classes are available for kids ages 5-12 years. They are 1 hour long and run 6-8 weeks depending on the length of the session.

Class cost: $90.00-$120.00 per session, per child depending on the length of the session.

Option 2- Weekly Classes for Your Co-op Group

If you have a group of 5 or more kids, we will plan a private weekly class at our Eden Prairie studio or a location of your choice just for your group. Your group can select the curriculum, day and time for the class. Classes are available for kids ages 5-12 years. They are 1 hour long and run 6-8 weeks depending on what works for your group’s schedule. Dates and times are available by request.
Class cost: $90.00-$120.00 per session, per child depending on the length of the session.

Option 3- Masters in the Morning Workshops

Not interested in weekly classes? No problem! Come to the Studio for our Masters in the Morning classes. Every month, during the school year, we will offer a special class just for homeschooled kids. We will learn about and be inspired by a different famous artist each class. Classes are for kids ages 5-12 years and are 1½ hours long.
